Torino grabbed ‘Anjorin’ for 5 million euros

Torino have announced the signing of attacking midfielder Tino Anjorin from Empoli, with almost half of the fee set to go to Chelsea.

Anjorin and team-mate Ardian Ismaili have been agreed between the two clubs, albeit on different terms. Anjorin

is valued at around €5m, while Ismaili joins on a free transfer after his contract with Empoli expires.

Although it is described as a loan move with an option to buy. If certain conditions are met, it is believed that such a deal could be reached very easily.

As we reported on June 27, the agreement was reached to snap up both Anjorin. And his teammate Ardian Ismajli from Empoli, albeit in very different circumstances.

Anjorin’s contract with Torino runs until June 2028, with the option to extend for a further year.

The 23-year-old is a product of Chelsea’s academy. Having previously spent loan spells at Huddersfield and Portsmouth before joining Empoli on a free transfer in August 2024. The

deal includes a sell-on clause of up to 50%, according to the

report. Chelsea will receive 40% of Torino’s €5m fee.

Anjorin scored two goals and provided three assists in 22 Serie A appearances last season, although he failed to save Empoli from relegation to Serie B.
